Online Pre-Entries
Be sure to check the date of race you are entering.
NOTE: TO BE IN THE EARLY DRAW (and to be guaranteed draw 1-50) you MUST ENTER BY NOON the day prior to the race. You can enter online at any time- even the morning of the race but this will not guarantee you at the top of the draw. We will do a pre-draw after Noon the day prior to the race.
All Online entries received after Early Draw Cut-Off will be added to the draw as we are able to process them. It will guarantee you entered but will not guarantee you an early draw number.
In the event that a race is cancelled, your pre-entry will be refunded or credited towards a future entry, your choice.
Do NOT consider your entry accepted until you receive an email from Lone Wolf Arena confirming such.
All online payments are processed through PayPal but you do not have to have a paypal account to make payment.
There is a $6.00 processing fee for each online entry, this shows up as "shipping" in your cart total.
(This is the same fee charged as "barn fee" at the on-site and mail-in entries)
- Your pre-entry will put you in the pre-draw. This is a great option for those who can't arrive until the posted show time but don't want to be at the end of the draw.
- Come to the sign-up desk to pick up your warm-up or fix-it tickets.
- Do not purchase warm up tickets if you will not be at the arena before warm-ups are closed.
- FIX-IT TICKETS can be used after any Open race or used for one run at any of our fix-it barrels dates if you are unable to use them the date of purchase.

If you need a LATE DRAW number, please state so in the "horse's name" section in front of the horse's name. Example: late draw/Dashin and Cashin
There is a $6.00 barn fee for these races. Your online purchase will include ONE barn fee. If you are entering for more than one rider (unless that rider is a PeeWee), you must add additional barn fees to your purchase.

Fix-It Run Tickets, run after Open $4.00 each. (Can be added to any race date)
Fix-It runs will be run after the conclusion of the Open 4-D and will be taken first-come, first-served.
Pick up your pre-purchased tickets at the entry desk.
Bring your ticket to the gate.
The barrels will be on the stakes and your run will be timed.
You can update the quantity once you've added the item to the cart.
Cattle Sorting Pre-Registration
Complete the form below to pay the $10.00 registration fee to reserve your spot for the sorting. If we do not have 10 pre-registrations, the event will be cancelled and your registration fee will be refunded. This $10.00 will be applied to the $25.00 rider fee the date of the sorting.
